Ergänzungs-Bataillon vom Infanterie-Regiment 74

Das Bataillon wurde im Jahr 1938 in Hameln, Wehrkreis XI, aufgestellt. Das Bataillon wurde durch Abgaben vom Infanterie-Regiment 73 aufgestellt. Disziplinar unterstand das Bataillon auch dem Infanterie-Regiment 74. Das Bataillon blieb bis zur Mobilmachung in Hameln stationiert. Bei der Mobilmachung wurde das Bataillon zur Aufstellung der 4. Welle verwendet. Das Bataillon bildete dabei das III. Bataillon vom Infanterie-Regiment 487 der 267. Infanterie-Division.
